Return & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Return:
Contact our support team at (sidwellsales21@gmail.com) to start a return. You’ll receive instructions and a return shipping label if needed.

Refunds:
After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Exchanges:
If you want to exchange a product, contact us and we will guide you through the process.
